The benefits of a Servo Motor when compared to a Stepper Motor: Super smooth rotation, torque is nearly constant due to through hole rpm registry, with the addition of our EH30 encoder resulting in no loss of steps, and offers much higher rpm then a stepper motor resulting in a faster machine (often 3-4 times faster in practice). All our 65PC133 - DC brushed motors are supplied as standard assembled with EH30 encoders.

Our EH30 encoders are the solution: If your are tired of manually referencing your machine? Our EH30 encoders have an optical home position, a simple connection to the control boards input and you have a referenced home position with an accuracy of approximately 0,0025mm. All encoders are delivered as standard with RS422 (line driver) technology, which results in an error free communication with the servo driver board.
